Please note that the box may not be perfect, which is worth considering if the item is intended as a gift. Most products come in the original manufacturer’s box.

The item is in its original packaging with tags still attached. The box may have some damage, but the product is in new condition and has never been used.

Open Box

The box has been opened, and the item may have been removed but remains new and unused. These products include floor models or returns that have been inspected for safety, functionality, and cleanliness. Any minor flaws will be noted.

Gently Used

The item shows minimal signs of use, such as minor scratches or scuffs, but is in perfect working order. This category may include items with light wear but no significant damage. Any notable defects will be described in the product listing.

If, within the specified 14-day period, you find that the received item does not match its listed description, please contact us. Once our team verifies the claim, we will issue a full refund.

Upon approval of your return claim, we will send you a return shipping label, and all items must be shipped within 4 days of receiving the label. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund notifications will be sent after we receive and inspect your return, and approved refunds will be automatically processed within 7 business days on your original payment method. Keep in mind that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
