Jackstrade.co is happy to present a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days from the receipt of your item.
Under our Jackstrade guarantee, we are dedicated to ensuring a reliable shopping experience. Every item undergoes thorough inspection and documentation before being sent to you. If, within the specified 14-day period, you find that the received item does not match its listed description, please contact us. Once our team verifies the claim, we will issue a full refund.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at support@Jackstrade.co, providing either your order number or proof of receipt from your email. Upon approval of your return claim, we will send you a return shipping label, and all items must be shipped within 4 days of receiving the label. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Certain items may be non-returnable. Please review the description of the item before purchasing. If you have questions about specific items, feel free to get in touch with us.
Refund notifications will be sent after we receive and inspect your return, and approved refunds will be automatically processed within 7 business days on your original payment method. Keep in mind that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
Before initiating a return, please consider the following:

- Returns for changes of heart or mind cannot be processed.
- Items must be sent back using the provided return label.
- Items must be in their original condition, including all original packaging.

- If we don't hear from you within 14 days of receiving your order, we assume your satisfaction. After this period, you assume full responsibility for the product.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that errors occur. Once an order is in progress for shipping shortly after placement, we regret that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. If your order hasn't been prepared for shipping, we'll issue a refund via your original payment method. Unfortunately, cancellations for prepared orders are not eligible for a refund.
