Damaged Box

Almost all of the items come in either damaged boxes or boxes with some retail wear and tear, so they may not be suitable for gifting. The box may be damaged, but our team inspects the items before shipping. We repair the box for shipping where needed. Please note that the box may not be perfect, which is worth considering if the item is intended as a gift. Most products come in the original manufacturer’s box.

Brand New

The item is in its original packaging with tags still attached. The box may have some damage, but the product is in new condition and has never been used.

Open Box

The box has been opened, and the item may have been removed but remains new and unused. These products include floor models or returns that have been inspected for safety, functionality, and cleanliness. Any minor flaws will be noted.

Gently Used

The item shows minimal signs of use, such as minor scratches or scuffs, but is in perfect working order. This category may include items with light wear but no significant damage. Any notable defects will be described in the product listing.

Shipping

Jack's Trade CO. is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska, and international shipping is not available at this time.

Couriers: Our products are dispatched using trusted couriers, including USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx.

Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing.

Tracking Your Order: You will receive tracking information via a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed, allowing you to track the delivery status of your purchase.

Refunds

Jackstrade.co is happy to present a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days from the receipt of your item.

Under our Jackstrade guarantee, we are dedicated to ensuring a reliable shopping experience. Every item undergoes thorough inspection and documentation before being sent to you. If, within the specified 14-day period, you find that the received item does not match its listed description, please contact us. Once our team verifies the claim, we will issue a full refund.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at support@Jackstrade.co, providing either your order number or proof of receipt from your email. Upon approval of your return claim, we will send you a return shipping label, and all items must be shipped within 4 days of receiving the label. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Certain items may be non-returnable. Please review the description of the item before purchasing. If you have questions about specific items, feel free to get in touch with us.

Refund notifications will be sent after we receive and inspect your return, and approved refunds will be automatically processed within 7 business days on your original payment method. Keep in mind that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that errors occur. Once an order is in progress for shipping shortly after placement, we regret that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. If your order hasn't been prepared for shipping, we'll issue a refund via your original payment method. Unfortunately, cancellations for prepared orders are not eligible for a refund.

Featuring a double parallel-link arm design for accurate cuts, the arm pivots from the back to the front, shortening the distance the arm moves for smoother, quieter operation. Easy to handle with variable-speed control for application-specific performance, the on/off switch, speed control, blade-tensioning lever and flexible dust blower are all located within easy reach of the front upper arm. The dependable 1.3 Amp motor delivers 400 to 1750 SPM for plenty of power, while the compact design makes portability around your jobsite or workshop a breeze. Durable for years of reliable use, this saw has a cast iron table that bevels 45° to the left and 45° to the right for versatility and also provides excellent support.
